I identify with two titles for myself: a creativity coach and a spiritual director. As a creativity coach, I guide you to new opportunities for expressing your creativity and finding what’s blocking you. As a spiritual director, I help guide you to your higher purpose and calling as a human being.

As your creativity coach, I want to help you rediscover your creative self. Our sessions will include working through your story to help connect you to your inner creativity. Often we lose our creative self through narratives and stories we hold onto. We will work on writing a new story together through practices specially designed for you and your journey.
As your spiritual director, I want to help you reconnect to a faith that inspires and gives hope as you move through the world. In our sessions, we will work through how your story of faith builds your identity. By breaking down old and hidden narratives, spirituality becomes inviting, exciting, and hopeful once again.
I recommend planning for at least three sessions to ensure a full, holistic experience.

PRICING: I am honored you would consider me to become a part of your journey towards growth. As I just start out, I am offering a cost of $35 for each 50-minute session until I graduate with my MA.
A little about me… I graduated with my BA in Studio Arts in 2023 and began my journey into the MA in Counseling Ministries program from Denver Seminary. I plan to finish my MA this fall of 2026. I have such a passion for our creative and spiritual selves and how important they are to finding hope, health, and happiness in life. Through deep studies in psychology, the arts, spiritual practices, and Scripture, I hope to bring you a holistic approach to your creative and spiritual self and hopefully allow you to find they are not so separate.
